Nowadays citizens start thinking about the problem of fuel that we require to heat their homes in winter period of time. Squared timber and beam carcasses do not already suit nowadays' requirements in energy conservation. Strict norms in heat shielding of houses that are provided in Europe are really obstacle to meet. People have to apply effectual heat insulating stuff. There are provided various sizes of thicknesses for various kinds of walls. Brick walls should not be less than 150 centimeters, squared timber walls - 50 centimeters and only 15 centimeters for wooden framework walls.

In building this technology of building is named Canadian. Carcass buildings are distinguishing trait of Canadian style of architecture. Another term for such buildings is “sandwich” that was used in the beginning of the nineties and defined panel houses.
