Newly scientists have contrived the alternative system to learn the structure of protein, which is x-ray analysis. Really, the protein crystallography is not detached part, but it is quite significant part of x-ray crystallography. The protein is quite complex matter that has threefold structure, but it's become known only after the research of the secondary structure of protein. Sometimes, on the basis of x-ray crystallography data it is possible do define the protein quaternary texture, but it is not always available. The capability of protein texture describing depends from a lot of various factors. Folding of protein is the main structural property of protein molecule. The protein is quite wonderful substance, because all the information about it is stored and folded in its primary texture.
