It may be complex to manage a number of employees who have PCs at their desks. You may watch your employees. Everybody seems so hardworking. Spyware is the name for computer applications that make screenshots, copy text the user inputs into their computer, observe traffic. With spyware you have more control than you would want. What happens is that workers begin having bad thoughts about you. Spying in general is a very bad and dangerous business.
