Automation becomes more and more popular nowadays. IT companies are striving to propose their solutions. These programs are sold in shiny boxes with a lot of great features, whistles and bells. To counter that influx of fashion, I came up with five obvious reasons for human resource heads to say “no” to trendy employee management software tools.

Reason 1: It demands some funds. That is impracticable to find the free employee management software. In addition to setting up fee, you have to pay for maintenance, updates and support. Some people think that the benefits outweigh the expenses. If you clearly see how the benefits do it, pay. If you don't, hold the money. Money is the lesser evil.
