Teamwork
When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversing, transacting and collaborating (teamworking).
If you are in the mood to make the right choice selecting your software application, you have to get to know the differences that exist between those interactions.
An interaction of conversation is a transfer of ideas and an interaction of transaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is employed for a modification of a substance of collaboration, for example: achievement of a shared goal.
Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the main goal of the participants is to modify the collaboration entity from something unstable and intangible, for example, an idea, into something useful, for instance a blueprint.
Collaborative software belongs to groupware applications that make it easier for people exchange information and work as a team on projects.
Its excellent usefulness allows project activists to manage action plans, share documents, track projects, moderate schedules, automate business processes, be promptly notified of any new objectives and things they are involved in. There are a plenty of approaches to making these applications useful: managing events, documents and projects, facilitating business processes and coordinating work of several business units or even offices.
