How do you manage your projects

Supervising projects is a difficult activity that has to do with four traditional components: expenditure, schedule, time and producing a satisfactory result. Qualified PMs also attempt to make the organization of work more efficient. Take any project and you will observe that it employes labour, funds and machinery to deliver end results. You may come across a lot of things that are very important for effective project management. You can look through a few of these factors in the list below:

- Establishing goals and carrying out analysis.

- Handling risks. Take any project and you will see that it contains a number of uncertainties that have to be dealt with.

- Assigning and supervising resources.

- Having a clear idea about the product you wish to see on completion of the project.

- Managing what is going on: giving out jobs, controlling execution.

- Assuaring adequate quality.

- Managing changes. Circumstances change. Most tasks occur in time, so the element of dynamics has to be properly considered.

- Speaking with everybody involved with the project.
